Modia Consulting were appointed as part of the construction team to deliver a high quality office fitout at the Oval, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, for Murex Ireland. Modia Consulting organised the construction works and co-ordinated the build programme between all contractors. Modia Consulting acted as project manager for the construction works and liaised with the client and design team.

Project Details: The works consisted of the internal rearrangement of high quality office space. The works were carried out in two phases outside of normal working hours. The size and complexity of the project led to an intense and high pressure working environment but with careful project management and co-ordination Murex could welcome back 20-30 staff the following Monday morning without disruption to operations.
