Modia Consulting were appointed by the developer to provide full project management and quantity surveying services for a high quality retail fitout at Airton Retail Park in Tallaght, Dublin 24. In conjunction with the client, Modia Consulting assembled a design team to design and procure planning for the project. Modia Consulting are providing full pre and post contract cost control services.

Project Details: Retail shell and core construction of a new retail unit of c.2,500 sq.ft complete with a full M&E installation and all associated siteworks.
