Modia Consulting were appointed measure and price the proposed remedial works to the Martello Tower, Blackrock, Dublin 4. The service include a review of the site and building and recommendations on cost effective solutions to the existing building defects.

Project Details: The project consisted of the refurbishment and renovation of a protected structure. These old battalions are made from solid granite up to ten feet wide at the base. The weathering proofing works to the roof and parapet required the specialist knowledge of Summit Conservation.
