    Graham was responsible for the procurement of this project using a selective tender route. The bill of quantities was produced and used as a means for negotiating the final contract sum. This project required discussions with the council over Part V of the planning act.

    Project Details: Construction of forty two new apartments for a private developer over basement on a compact city centre site with significant demolitions. The site was previously used as an old building supplies yard and required de-contamination prior to construction.
