Modia Consulting were appointed to provide full quantity surveying services for Haigney Restoration for a multi facetted refurbishment of a protected structure in Dublin 4. The project required a quick start date and as such Modia Consulting were required to prepare an approximate bill of quantities for the works. The works were split into multiple packages in order to progress the start date without a full design. Modia Consulting also provided contract advice.

Project Details: Office fit-out of an old protected stone outbuilding c.3,000 sq.ft unit complete with a full M&E installation and all associated finishes.

Modia Consulting have worked on other Embassy project such as the refurbishment of the Czech and Belgian embassies.
