Modia Consulting were appointed as part of the construction team to deliver a high quality refurbishment of the RDS library. Modia Consulting organised the subcontractors and liaised with the project QS to ensure a co-ordinated approach to cost control and reporting.

Project Details: Demolition of existing fitout, construction of new partitions, services and finishes and siteworks. The project also included for the laying of a new underfloor heating screed to the entire ground floor area.
