Modia Consulting were appointed to the construction team to provide full pre and post contract QS duties for the proposed works at Irelands largest bus stations. The service consisted of the production of a full bill of quantities and tender documents, tender report, cost reporting at agreed stages, agreement of variations, submission of interim payments and agreement of the final account.

Project Details: The project consisted of refurbishment of the exterior areas of Bus Eireann’s Busaras depot in Dublin City Centre. The project needed to be completed while the bus depot was in full operation which required strategic thinking and attention to detail. The works include replacement of gates, barriers, lighting, painting, paving, structural repairs, flooring and other sundry works.
