Modia Consulting were appointed by the tendering contractor to examine the site and tender documents and produce a detailed bill of quantities for pricing. Once the tender bid was successful Modia Consulting were responsible for helping to deliver the project on time and budget. This included advising of cost changes, monitoring programme, issuing interim payment applications and agreement of the final account

Project Details: The project consisted of the replacement of cracked balusters on the main parapet to the front and side of the GPO. The prestigious project was carried out at roof level from a cantilevered suspended scaffold over O Connell Street and Princes Street.
