Modia Consulting were appointed by Harvey Norman Ireland to provide full project management and quantity surveying services for a high quality retail fitout at Airton Retail Park in Tallaght, Dublin 24. In conjunction with the client, Modia Consulting assembled a design team to design and procure planning for the project. Modia Consulting are providing full pre and post contract cost control services.

Project Details: Retail shell and core defect completion works, construction of new mezzanine storage and external carparking, retail fit-out of c.55,000 sq.ft shell and core retail units complete with a full M&E installation and all associated finishes.
