Modia Consulting were appointed by the client to provide full pre contract quantity surveying duties. This involved a full review of the existing site, an evaluation of the proposed phasing and methodology and the production of a full suite of tender documents including a detailed bill of quantities. The pre tender estimate was used to help fine tune the design.

Project Details: The project consisted of the construction of a new housing estate consisting of four different house types for a private developer. Phase 1 consisted of 8 units but these were part of a much larger scheme.
