Modia Consulting were appointed by the client to provide full pre contract and post quantity surveying duties. This involved a full review of the existing site, an evaluation of the proposed phasing and methodology and the production of a full suite of tender documents including a detailed bill of quantities. The pre tender estimate was used to help fine tune the design. Modia Consulting were retained post contract to certify the value of the works completed for funding purposes to the bank.
