Modia Consulting were appointed as part of the construction team to deliver a high quality delivery service unit or sorting office at Bannow Road, Cabra, Dublin 7 on behalf of An Post. Modia Consulting organised the subcontractors and liaised with the project QS to ensure a co-ordinated approach to cost control and reporting.

Project Details: Demolition of existing building and the phased construction and fit-out of a new single storey steel frame cladded building complete with a full M&E installation and all associated finishes and siteworks.

After the successful completion of this project Modia Consulting have worked on DSU for An Post in Ballina, GPO, Shannon, Cahirciveen, Kilmallock, Phibsboro, Cabra, South Circular Road, Fermoy, Foxrock, Churchtown, Finglas and the Dublin Mail Centre in Parkwest.
