Modia Consulting were appointed by the private clients to provide full pre and post contract quantity surveying services for a high quality dwelling on Harcourt Terrace, Dublin 2. The service provided for the production of a fully detailed budget document which helped inform design decisions throughout the final stages of the design process. A full Bill of quantities was produced which was then used as a contract document to value changes and interim payments. There were a number of specialist packages included in the contract as PC Sums and these were tendered and controlled by Modia Consulting.

Project Details: The project consisted of the extension of a modern single storey rear extension connected to the existing three storey over basement red brick dwelling by a glazed link and the refurbishment of the existing dwelling. The building is a protected structure.
