Modia Consulting were appointed by the contractor to provide full pre and post contract quantity surveying services for a high quality dwelling in Foxrock, Dublin 4. The service provided for the production of a fully detailed budget document which helped inform design decisions throughout the final stages of the design process. A full Bill of quantities was produced which was then used as a contract document to value changes and interim payments. There were a number of specialist packages included in the contract as PC Sums and these were tendered and controlled by Modia Consulting.

Project Details: The project consisted of the complete renovation and extension of an existing residential dwelling off Hainault Road, in Foxrock, Dublin 4.
