Modia Consulting were appointed by the client to carry out a pre tender estimate of the proposed extension and sewer diversion works at their premises in the Western Retail Park, Nangor Road in Dublin 12.

Project Details: The project consisted of a new steel frame and cladding extension to the existing building and internal rearrangement of some facilities and services. The project also required a sewer diversion prior to works being carried out.
