Modia Consulting were appointed as part of the construction team to help deliver the Heritage Centre in Dalkey Castle in Dalkey, Co. Dublin. Modia Consulting were responsible for full pre and post tender quantity surveying duties including agreeing interim payments, variations and the final account.

Project Details: The project consisted of the fitout of a new Heritage Centre. The works consisted of new bespoke furniture, signage and doors consisting of laser cut metal and bronze windows.
