Modia Consulting were appointed by the client to provide full pre contract quantity surveying duties.  This involved a full review of the existing site, an evaluation of the proposed phasing and methodology and the production of a full suite of tender documents including a detailed bill of quantities.  The pre tender estimate was used to help fine tune the design.

Project Details: The project consisted of the construction of a new two storey extension to the existing nursing home facility.
