Modia Consulting were appointed as part of the construction team to deliver the New Court of Criminal Appeal at the Four Courts, Inns Quay, Dublin 7 on behalf of the Office of Public Works. Modia Consulting organised the subcontractors and liaised with the project QS to ensure a co-ordinated approach to cost control and reporting.

Project Details: Demolition of the existing court buildings and the construction and fit-out of a new c.7,200 sq.ft courtroom complete with a full M&E installation and all associated finishes and siteworks.
