Modia Consulting were appointed to provide a bill of quantities for the proposed works requirements for the fit out of the existing changing room areas in the Aviva Stadium. Modia Consulting were involved pre and post contract carrying out all quantity Surveying duties.

Project Details: The project consisted of the fitout of the home and away shell and core rooms in the Aviva Stadium. The works required that the Arena remain open at all times. As the building has a complex series of services this was a challenging project. New studwork was constructed to segregate the toilets and showers from the dressing rooms and high quality materials were used to furnish the areas.
