Modia Consulting were appointed as part of the construction team to deliver the New Brookfield Clinic which is part of the St James Hospital Campus in James Street, Dublin 8. As this project was a Design and Build Modia Consulting were appointed to produce a bill of quantities and procure specialist contractors for the works and to liaise with the project QS to ensure a co-ordinated approach to cost control and reporting was achieved.

Project Details: Demolition of the existing internal elements of the building and the fit-out of a new c.4,500 sq.ft medical unit with a full M&E installation and all associated finishes and siteworks.
