Kildare. Modia Consulting advised on the various procurement options and undertook various life cycle costings prior to final design. Modia Consulting provided full pre and post contract cost control services.

Project Details: Construction of new c.4,500 sq.ft two storey detached dwelling and garage and all associated siteworks and drainage.
