Modia Consulting were appointed by the private clients to provide full pre contract quantity surveying services for a high quality residential extension and Renovation on Eglington Road in Donnybrook, Dublin 4. The service provided for the production of a fully detailed budget document which helped inform design decisions throughout the final stages of the design process. A full Bill of quantities was produced which was then used as a contract document to value changes and interim payments.

Project Details: Demolition of the existing internal fitout and construction of a new traditional framed with extensive glazed elements and rooflights. The dwelling was then completely renovated with some very innovative and bespoke light fittings, landscaping, built in fittings, kitchen and stairs. The dwelling extended to an overall floor area of c.3,000sq.ft
