Modia Consulting were appointed by Currency Fair to provide full quantity surveying services for a high quality office fitout in Colm House in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The project required a quick start date and as such Modia Consulting were required to negotiate with a preferred bidder to ensure strict cost control using a design that still needed to be developed. Modia Consulting also provided contract advice.

Project Details: Office fit-out of c.15,000 sq.ft shell and core three story office unit complete with a full M&E installation and all associated finishes.
